Electric cobalt-to-teal branches sprawl in long, arching stag arms, each densely studded with small rounded corallites for a pebbled texture. The growth tips fade to pale lavender-blue, and darker blue dots the corallite openings. Under blue-spectrum lighting the whole colony glows an intense electric blue with teal shading in the recesses.
