  • Sales Area: Corals ship within Canada only. Corals cannot be shipped internationally.

  • Final Sale: All live coral sales are final. The exclusive remedy for issues on arrival is our DOA policy (store credit only; shipping excluded; strict timelines and photo requirements).

  • Delivery & Risk: You must ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at the first delivery attempt. Risk of loss transfers on delivery scan at the address you provided. We may delay shipments for weather or carrier disruptions to protect livestock.
