We ship corals across Canada, from Calgary to Quebec, and most arrive by noon the next day. Here's how we keep them healthy on the way.
Why our corals ship well
- They're grown out. A typical frag was cut months ago and is fully encrusted onto its plug.
- Pest-free system. We keep our grow-out system clean, so you're not importing problems.
- Plenty of water. Each frag ships in a large volume of water.
- Short time in the bag. Most of our corals spend less than 21 hours in the bag.

In the Greater Toronto Area, you can also get corals the same day by Uber courier or pick them up from the farm.
How it works
1. We confirm your delivery day. After you order, we email or text you to pick the best day to receive your box before noon. We ship Monday to Thursday, so most of the time your corals arrive the day after you order. Someone needs to be home to receive the box on the first attempt.
2. You see your corals. We find your corals and send you a photo or video of every coral you'll receive.
3. We pack right before pickup. Once the date is confirmed, we create a FedEx Priority Overnight label and you get a tracking number. On shipping day we start packing minutes before the 3 pm pickup, so your corals spend as little time in the box as possible.
When it's cold, a heat pack goes in the box.
We try to add a bonus coral whenever we can.
4. Your corals arrive. You get an email when FedEx picks up the box, and it arrives the next day between 10 am and noon at most addresses. Remote and rural addresses can take until 5 pm.
5. We check in. Shortly after delivery we call to make sure everything arrived in good shape.
Live-arrival guarantee
We guarantee our corals arrive alive. If one doesn't:
- Within 2 hours of FedEx's delivery time, take clear photos of the coral in its unopened bag.
- Email the photos and your order number to [email protected].
- Keep the coral and packaging until we reply.
Once we confirm the claim, we issue store credit for the price of the coral (not including shipping). Credit is valid for one year on anything in the store. Full terms are in our refund policy.
