Corals (Canada only): FedEx Overnight by noon (remote areas may deliver up to 5:00 pm). We pack by ~3:00 pm for same‑day pickup, so corals typically spend < 21 hours in transit. Someone must be home to receive. We coordinate with you by text/email.

GTA same‑day: Uber Courier available, including weekends, subject to our and your availability.

Local pickup (Vaughan): Available on short notice near Dufferin & Rutherford.

Dry goods (hardware & supplies): We ship internationally with tracking via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx—usually same day or next day.

Free coral shipping in Canada: $300+.
Local Pickup (Vaughan)

When: Same day or other day by arrangement. We’ll confirm a window by text or email.

How: Choose Local Pickup at checkout and wait for your “Ready for pickup” message.
Coral Shipping (Canada Only)
Carriers & Timing

FedEx Priority Overnight: Most addresses deliver by noon; remote/rural areas may deliver as late as 5:00 pm.

We pack by ~3:00 pm for FedEx pickup the same afternoon. Typical door‑to‑door time is under 21 hours, which improves survivability.

Shipping days: Monday–Thursday. We do not ship Fridays to avoid weekend delays. Monday is our most common ship day.
Customer Availability (Required)

Please ensure someone is home to receive the box on the first delivery attempt. This is critical for livestock health. We’ll coordinate with you and share tracking updates.
GTA Same‑Day Delivery

Uber Courier delivery is available across the GTA, including weekends, subject to driver, route, and our team’s availability. We’ll provide an ETA and confirm someone will be home to receive.

Free Overnight coral shipping on orders $300+ (Canada only).
Where We Ship Corals

We ship corals across Canada. Corals cannot be shipped internationally.
Weather & Safety Holds

If extreme weather or carrier disruptions could harm livestock, we may delay or reschedule to protect your corals. We’ll stay in touch and choose the safest window.
Packaging

Corals are packed with insulation and temperature control as needed to maintain stable conditions in transit.
Dry Goods (Hardware & Supplies)

Where: Canada and international.

When: Usually same day or next business day.

Carriers: Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx, chosen based on service level, package size, and rate.

Tracking: A tracking number is provided for every dry‑goods shipment.

Duties/Taxes (International): Any import duties, taxes, or fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
Live Arrival Guarantee (Corals)

We guarantee corals are alive on arrival. If there’s an issue:

Photograph the coral immediately upon delivery (leave it in the sealed bag if possible).

Email photos to [email protected] right away and keep the coral—do not discard it.

We’ll review and respond with next steps.

Resolutions

If the claim is validated, we issue store credit for the coral price paid.

Shipping costs are not refunded.

Replacements may be included with a future order or picked up locally at no additional charge.
Exclusions (Not Covered)

Damage during unpacking, un‑mounting from a base/frag plug, or dipping.

Carrier delays due to external factors (e.g., mechanical failures, extreme weather).

Free, bonus, or giveaway corals tied to sponsored events.

Note: Some corals (e.g., Hammers, Torches, Frogspawn) may retract tissue during shipping. This is normal and typically resolves after placement in a stable aquarium.
Ordering Policy

Agreement: By purchasing on our website, you agree to these policies.

Final sale: All livestock and hardware sales are final once shipped.

Changes & cancellations:

Within 24 hours of ordering: You may request a cancellation; approved cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

After 24 hours or once scheduled/packed: Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or substituted.

Availability: If something changes with a coral between your order and ship‑out, we’ll contact you to discuss options.
Receiving Tips

Open the box promptly and follow your acclimation routine.

Keep the shipping bags closed until you’ve taken photos for any potential claim, then acclimate and place corals according to their care needs.
