Densely packed corallites cover every branch, each one a flared magenta-pink tube ringed around a pale center, giving the colony a beaded, floret texture. Hints of teal-green tissue show in the recesses between them. Under blue lighting it reads saturated hot pink, tips and bodies alike short and knobby.
