Golden Jawdropper Acropora features a rich golden-tan to honey base accented by neon green highlights along the branches and a constellation of bright, glowing blue corallite centers that give it its signature “jaw-dropping” sparkle. The branches are compact and chunky with tight, raised corallites, creating a dense, textured look rather than long, airy growth. Under high light (PAR ~300–400) and strong, turbulent flow, the gold tones warm up while the green edges and blue eyes intensify, producing striking contrast even without exaggerated tip color. Stable alkalinity and slightly nutrient-rich SPS conditions help keep the colors saturated and the corallites pronounced.
